Meet the Team

Brian brings years of experience in immersive entertainment, design, and fabrication to Escape Game Knoxville. With a background creating escape rooms, haunted attractions, and other immersive experiences, he has a passion for finding new ways to make our games feel bigger, more detailed, and more memorable. Whether he’s designing a new room, building props, troubleshooting something behind the scenes, or working alongside the team, Brian is always looking for ways to improve both the guest and employee experience. His creativity, hands-on approach, and dedication to the details have made him an important part of Escape Game Knoxville, and we greatly appreciate the time, energy, and care he puts into helping the company grow.

Morgan brings a rare combination of creativity, intelligence, and genuine passion for escape rooms to our team. As an RN (nurse) she somehow finds time between launching her career and playing more than 200 escape rooms around the world to help create experiences of her own. Morgan is the designer behind Room 13: The Clinical Trials, Wild West Jail Break, and Mystery at Marble City Manor, and her love of horror and immersive storytelling can be seen throughout her work. Whether she’s designing a new experience or hosting a group, Morgan puts tremendous thought and effort into what she does. We’re incredibly appreciative of the creativity, knowledge, and dedication she continues to bring to Escape Game Knoxville.

Cody is a huge part of what keeps Escape Game Knoxville running day to day. As our General Manager, he brings years of experience, a genuine love for escape rooms, and an incredible amount of knowledge about the games we offer. He’s also a talented game designer, having assisted in creating Room 13 bringing Audrey’s Addiction to life. Whether he’s helping guests, supporting the team, troubleshooting a problem, or working behind the scenes, Cody is someone we can always count on. His dedication to the company and the amount of work he puts into keeping things moving do not go unnoticed, and we’re incredibly fortunate to have him as part of the team.

Matt brings humor, creativity, and a great eye for content to the Escape Game Knoxville team. Whether he’s behind the camera, creating social media content, making everyone laugh from the control room, or helping guests through their games, Matt brings his own personality to everything he does. His work helps capture and share the fun of Escape Game Knoxville beyond our doors, while his laid-back attitude and sense of humor make him a great presence around the building. When he isn’t running games or creating content, you’ll probably find him out on the golf course. We truly appreciate Matt’s creativity, hard work, and the energy he brings to our team.

Simone brings a wonderful mix of creativity, personality, and artistic talent to the Escape Game Knoxville team. Her background as a freelance stage manager, along with her love of crafting and prop making, gives her a natural appreciation for all the little details that go into creating a great experience. You will find a lof of Simone's art in our new Return to Wonderland game! She’s hardworking, thoughtful, and brings an upbeat energy to both our guests and the rest of the team. Outside of work, Simone enjoys everything from cross-stitching and cosplay to indie and horror games, heavy metal, and K-pop. We’re lucky to have someone with Simone’s creativity and enthusiasm on our team, and we truly appreciate everything she contributes to Escape Game Knoxville.

Tia brings an incredible amount of personality, creativity, and enthusiasm to the Escape Game Knoxville team. Her love of acting and storytelling comes through in the way she interacts with our guests and helps turn a night out into a memorable experience. She’s naturally friendly, loves meeting new people, and is always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed. Tia’s creativity and dedication have also made her a valuable part of our team beyond running games, and we greatly appreciate the energy and hard work she brings with her every day. Outside of work, she has a passion for fashion, sharks, and marine biology—which makes her just as interesting as some of the characters in our games.

Sherridan brings warmth, creativity, and a genuine love of entertaining people to Escape Game Knoxville. A Knoxville native and lifelong theater kid, she has a natural ability to connect with guests and make them feel welcome from the moment they arrive. Her love of adventure, creative challenges, and problem solving makes her a perfect fit for the escape room world, but it’s her positive attitude and willingness to help that really make her stand out. Sherridan works hard to make sure every group she hosts leaves with a great memory, and we truly appreciate the enthusiasm, kindness, and personality she brings to our team.
